Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Hanya, a productised offer from Rix Digital Ltd (a company registered in England and Wales), collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website, the MMM Impact Calculator, or contact us. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the MMM Impact Calculator email gate, we collect:
- Work email address
- First name
- Company name
- Role (optional)
- Sector and your answers to the five calculator questions (annual marketing spend band, current ROI estimate, measurement maturity, timeline)
- Technical metadata: IP address, user-agent string, referring URL, timestamp
If you contact us via email or book a call via cal.com, we receive the contact details you provide.
Why we collect it (lawful basis)
- Legitimate interest — to send you the calculator report you requested, follow up about whether Hanya is a fit, and improve our services.
- Consent — for marketing follow-ups beyond the report itself. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing Matt@rix-digital.com or replying "unsubscribe".
Who we share it with
We use the following third-party processors to deliver the service. Each is bound by their own data-processing terms:
- Netlify — website and form hosting (US, with UK/EU data-residency options).
- Resend — transactional email delivery (the calculator report).
- Apollo.io — optional company enrichment from your work email domain.
- Cal.com — calendar booking when you click "Talk to us".
- PostHog — privacy-friendly product analytics. We run PostHog in cookieless mode and respect Do-Not-Track signals.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks.
How long we keep it
Calculator submissions and email correspondence: up to 24 months from your last interaction, after which we delete or anonymise. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk)

Cookies and analytics
This site uses PostHog for analytics in cookieless mode (memory-only persistence). No tracking cookies are set. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers.

If we change this policy, the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be notified by email to anyone we have on file.
